Hours of Operation
NRD is available every day of the week, from 6:00 a.m. until 1:00 a.m. (Eastern Time). The CSA Service Desk is available from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (Eastern Time), except Canadian statutory holidays.
You will not be able to use the system between 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. (Eastern Time).
